Our residential services offer safe living environments for adults diagnosed with mental health conditions. If you or someone you care for is seeking NDIS supported accommodation or mental health housing, please reach out to us.

We're continuously expanding our catalogue of residences to better serve our community. New property vacancies become available from time to time. We encourage you to complete the enquiry form so we can add you to a waiting list, and inform you the moment something does become available.

Step up step down

The Step Up service provides brief residential support with intensive clinical treatment and psychosocial assistance to prevent further decline or relapse, potentially averting admission to an acute mental health unit.

The Step Down program assists individuals who no longer require acute inpatient clinical intervention, empowering them to manage their mental health with recovery-focused care and return to their home and community sooner.

Step Up Step Down offers short-term accommodation for individuals experiencing psychological distress either before hospital admission (stepping up) or upon discharge from hospital care (stepping down).

Referrals are accepted from various sources, including Adult Mental Health Services, Home Assessment and Acute Response Teams, Acute Adult Mental Health Inpatient Units, Mental Health, Justice Health, and Alcohol and Drug Services.
