Clarity in Care, Confidence in Life

Registered NDIS and DVA provider · Mandurah & Peel

You set the goals. We build the support around them.

Nursing, daily living support and mental health recovery support at home and in your community — across Mandurah, the Peel Region and the South West.

Getting started with the NDIS should not feel like a maze

Whether you are new to the scheme or looking for a provider who actually listens, we keep the process straightforward and the support personal.

We work alongside adults living with disability, mental health conditions and psychosocial disability, and with DVA Gold and White Card holders.

Our team leaders are registered with AHPRA, which means clinical accountability sits behind the support you receive — not just good intentions.

What AHPRA registration actually means for you

AHPRA is Australia’s independent regulator of health practitioners. Our supervisors and team leaders are registered with it. In practice, that gives you four things:

  • An independent complaints pathway. If something goes wrong, you can raise it with the regulator — not only with us.
  • Mandatory ongoing education. Registration is conditional on staying current, so practice does not drift.
  • Formal clinical standards. The same professional obligations that apply to hospital nurses and allied health practitioners apply to our clinical leads.
  • Clinical understanding of complex needs. Dual diagnosis and challenging behaviour are handled by people with formal qualifications in mental health nursing and allied health.

You can check any practitioner’s registration yourself on the AHPRA public register. We encourage you to.

How your funding works

There are three ways an NDIS plan can be managed, and we work with all three.

Agency managed

Also called NDIA managed. The NDIA pays providers directly, so you handle no invoices at all. You can only use registered providers — and we are one.

Plan managed

Your plan manager handles the paperwork and payments. We invoice them directly, so there is nothing for you to do.

Self managed

You control the budget. We invoice you, and you claim the funds back from the NDIS. Payment is due within seven days.

No NDIS funding? You can pay privately. We invoice you directly, with payment due within seven days, and we will be upfront about cost before anything starts.

Not sure which applies to you? Read our plain-English guide to NDIS funding, or call and we will talk it through.

For support coordinators and health professionals

You are managing a full caseload and need providers who do not create more work for you.

  • Fewer escalations. Our clinical team manages complex cases with professional autonomy.
  • Reporting that meets the standard. Monthly progress reports written to clinical governance requirements.
  • Talk to a clinician, not a call centre. You reach the registered practitioner working with your participant.
  • Complex presentations welcome. Dual diagnosis, psychosocial disability and behaviours of concern.
