Funding Your Supports

Plan Managed – A third-party provider, such as a Plan Management Agency, handles the claims from your NDIS funding. Clarity Care will submit invoices to this agency for payment of the services we deliver to you.

Self Managed – You are responsible for paying all invoices. You can claim these funds directly from the NDIA. Clarity Care will invoice you on a fortnightly basis, and you will have seven days to make the payment.

Privately Funded – You are responsible for covering the full cost of services without NDIS involvement. Clarity Care will invoice you directly, and payment is required within seven days of receiving the invoice.

Clarity Care offers in-home and community support services to enhance independence and social inclusion.

How To Apply

Am i Eligible?

To get funding under the NDIS you must:

- Have a permanent disability that significantly affects your ability to take part in day-to-day activities

- Be younger than 65 years of age at the time of your first NDIS plan

- Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or a Protected Special Category visa



If you are over 65 years of age, you may be eligible for a Home Care Package under My Aged Care.
