Your home, your standards
We do things the way you like them done. If you have a system, we learn it. If you would rather certain rooms were left alone, they are left alone.
We will not comment on how you keep your home, and we will not report back to anyone about it unless there is a genuine safety risk — in which case we will talk to you first.
If the state of the house has got away from you after a period of poor health, that is one of the most common reasons people call us. It is not something to be embarrassed about.
