Our registered nurses come to your home. That means fewer trips to a clinic or hospital, less waiting, and care from someone who knows your history.
We work with NDIS participants, DVA Gold and White Card holders, and people paying privately.

Wound care
Dressing changes, monitoring how healing is tracking, and escalating to your GP early when it is not.
Medication management
Webster packs, injections, and keeping an eye on side effects and how you are responding.
Chronic condition support
Regular monitoring so small changes get picked up before they become hospital admissions.
Continence support
Practical, private help with continence management and finding products that actually suit you.
Health assessment
A proper look at what is going on, written up clearly for your GP and your plan.
Training and handover
Teaching you, your family or your support workers to manage parts of your care confidently.
Nurses, not support workers
This matters and it is worth being clear about. Community nursing is delivered by registered nurses with AHPRA registration and clinical accountability. It is a different thing from personal care delivered by a support worker, and it is funded differently.
If what you need is personal care rather than nursing, we will tell you — and we can provide that too, at the appropriate rate. We will not bill nursing time for work that is not nursing.
