Clarity in Care, Confidence in Life

Social and Community Participation

Get out, do things you enjoy and build connections — group activities, outings, skill-building and transport support at your pace.

Getting out, at your pace

Isolation makes almost everything else harder. Social and community participation support helps you get out, do things you enjoy, and build connections that last beyond the funded hours.

Where you want to go and what you want to do is up to you. Our job is to make it possible, then gradually make ourselves less necessary.

What people use this for

  • Getting to a group, class or club
  • Coffee, the beach, the shops, the footy
  • Trying something new with someone alongside you
  • Building up to doing an activity independently
  • Transport to and from
  • Volunteering or getting work-ready

Starting where you actually are

If leaving the house is hard

We start smaller than you might expect. A walk to the corner counts. Building tolerance takes time and there is no prize for rushing.

If you know what you want

We help you get there, sort the logistics, and step back as soon as you do not need us.

If you have no idea

That is fine. We will try a few things in Mandurah and the Peel and see what sticks.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us what is going on and we will talk you through the options — including telling you honestly if we are not the right fit.
