Clarity Care is a registered DVA provider. Our registered nurses come to you, in Mandurah and across the Peel Region, so you can manage your health without a trip to hospital or a clinic.
We work with Gold Card and White Card holders. What DVA covers depends on your card and what has been approved for you — we will check that with you before anything starts, so there are no surprises.

How to get started
Talk to your GP or DVA
DVA community nursing is usually arranged through a referral from your GP or treating doctor. If you are not sure where you stand, call us and we will explain the pathway.
We make contact
We respond to DVA referrals within 48 hours and arrange a time to visit.
Care starts at home
Same nurse wherever possible, so you are not repeating your history every visit.
Costs
For services DVA has approved under your entitlement, there is no cost to you. If something you want falls outside what DVA covers, we will tell you before it happens and talk through the options.
