Clarity in Care, Confidence in Life

About Us

Registered NDIS and DVA provider in Mandurah with AHPRA-registered clinical leadership, working across the Peel Region, South West and southern Perth.

Who we are

Clarity Care is a registered NDIS and DVA provider based in Mandurah, working across the Peel Region, the South West and southern Perth.

We support people living with disability, mental health conditions and psychosocial disability, and veterans holding DVA Gold and White Cards. There is no age limit on our services — DVA community nursing regularly supports veterans well over 65, and positive behaviour support is available to children and young people as well as adults. Our work covers nursing, supported independent living, recovery coaching, behaviour support, daily living support and community participation.

What accountability actually means here

Our supervisors and team leaders are registered with AHPRA, Australia’s independent regulator of health practitioners. That is a legal status, not a marketing line, and you can verify it yourself.

It means the people overseeing your support carry the same professional obligations as hospital nurses and allied health practitioners: mandatory ongoing education, formal conduct standards, and independent oversight.

It also means you have a complaints pathway that does not run through us. If you have a concern about clinical conduct, you can take it to the regulator directly.

You can check any practitioner on the AHPRA public register. We would rather you did.

How we work

With you, not for you

Wherever it is possible, support is something we do alongside you. That is slower at first and it builds capability instead of dependence. Where you would rather a task was simply done, we do it — not everything has to be a goal.

You decide

You choose who supports you, how, and when. You can change your mind. You can tell us something is not working without it becoming awkward.

We respond

Urgent matters get same-day contact. Everything else within one business day. If we cannot do something, we say so quickly rather than leaving you waiting.

We tell you the truth

Including when we are not the right provider for you. We would rather refer you somewhere better than take work we cannot do well.

Continuity matters

We roster deliberately so you see the same faces. Constant staff churn is one of the most damaging things in this sector and we plan against it.

Plans get reviewed

Your needs change. We review support plans regularly and adjust them — you are never stuck with an arrangement that has stopped fitting.

Where we work

Mandurah and surrounds, the Peel Region including the smaller towns, Rockingham and Kwinana, the South West down to Margaret River, and parts of southern Perth.

We travel to places a lot of providers will not. If you are outside our usual area, call anyway — if we cannot reach you we will tell you who can.

When something goes wrong

Sometimes it will. What matters is what happens next.

You can raise a concern with us directly and it will not affect your support or how you are treated. If you would rather not come to us, or you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can go to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, to AHPRA for clinical conduct, or to DVA.

We will help you make a complaint about us if you want help doing it. That is not a contradiction — it is what taking safeguarding seriously looks like.
