Plenty of providers say they are different. Here is what is actually different about working with us: our supervisors are AHPRA-registered clinicians, our caseloads are deliberately small, and when you escalate something a qualified person picks it up.

Roles we recruit for
Support workers
Daily living, community access and SIL support. Experience with psychosocial disability is valued but we will train the right person.
Registered and enrolled nurses
Community nursing across NDIS and DVA. Current AHPRA registration required.
Mental health professionals
Recovery coaches and clinicians with mental health qualifications and lived understanding of the system.
Behaviour support practitioners
NDIS Commission suitability required. We support practitioners working towards higher levels.
Team leaders
Clinically qualified people who want to supervise rather than just coordinate.
Students and new graduates
We take placements and new grads where we can supervise you properly. We will not throw you in unsupported.
What you will need
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, for roles that require it
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current first aid and CPR
- Australian driver licence and a reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
- Professional registration where the role requires it
